EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Executive director Leigh Kestin, founded Dance Centre in 1993. Trained at American Ballet Theater, she became a soloist in the Radio City Music Hall’s renowned Ballet Corp. She trained professional dancers at the Israel Ballet. And for three decades she has educated children here and abroad. |

Donna DeSimone
THEATRE JAZZ, BALLET, LYRICAL & TAP
Donna has been dancing since the age of 4, studying Ballet, Tap and Jazz, and teaching for 30 years. In 1978 she opened her first Dance Studio; 4 years later her second studio. Donna entered many NY nightclub competitions with much success. In 1983 she competed in Ballroom dancing for 8 years in American & International styles. In 1986 she won her first United States title,” USBC American Rhythm Champion” in Miami Florida.
Donna went on to choreograph for dance tours to China, Italy, Florida, Hershey Park, Carnegie Hall (“Cole Porter’s 100th Birthday Celebration” and “An invitation to Dance” with the NY Pops Orchestra).
Currently Donna teaches, choreographs and performs in New York. For the past 12 years Donna has been the Entertainment Director for the “Stardust Dance Weekends” in the Catskills.

Lou has been teaching tap for 6 years on Long Island and in New York City. His influences inlcude Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, and Omar Edwards - all of whom he has had the privelage of dancing with.

Carol Naso

Carole owned and operated a dance & muscial comedy workshop in NJ for 23 years. She has choreographed about 25 musicals for high schools and community theatre in Begen County. Since moving to L.I., she sings with the "Sweet Adelines" (The Long Island Sound) and is on their choreography team.

Ashley Lombardo
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Ashley has been dancing for 17 years and teaching for 5. She has been trained in Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Pointe. She is assistant director of Project K Dance Troop, a dance squad that does shows all over Long Island and New York City. She has done many conventions through Broadway Dance Center and has taken classes with well-known choreographers such as Wade Robson, Brian Friedman, and many others. Ashley is a well-rounded dancer with a passion for teaching. She loves teaching all ages from pre-school students all the way up through high school.

Kristen Estes
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Kristen began dancing at a very young age and was in a professional dance troupe in Massachusetts called the "All American Girls". She continued taking lessons all through college in Boston and in NY. Her specialties are Tap, Lyric, Jazz and Broadway Dance. 2006 is her first year teaching and she says she has loved every minute of it! Welcome Kristen!
