Amanda Abel

Creative Movement, Tap, Ballet

Amanda began learning dance under the instruction of the wonderful teachers at Dance Centre in 2nd grade. She became part of the competition team and competed in many competitions and nationals with the Dance Centre family. Along with dancing, Amanda began student teaching in 9th grade, helping alongside many Dance Centre teachers. In 11th grade she began to teach her own classes, finding her passion for teaching.

Amanda is currently attending St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, double majoring in Child Study and Psychology. She hopes to become an elementary school teacher
