Courtney has been passionate about choreography since she was16 years old and is now the proud Director of Dance Centre of the Hamptons. Under her leadership our award-winning teams thrive, as she fosters an environment that embodies our core values. With her dedication and experience, Courtney inspires both students and instructors to reach their fullest potential!
Rosemari Marotta, Stage Manager
Rosemari is the heart of our productions and an invaluable member of our team. As a dedicated NYU Tisch School of the Arts student, she ensures that every performance shines, providing essential support from costumes to stage preparations. Her passion and commitment help bring our creative visions to life, making each event a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Shelby Spillett, Teacher
​Meet Shelby, a passionate dance instructor who began her journey at the Dance Centre at just 4 years old. over 14 years of competitive experience, she brings dedication and expertise to her teaching. Shelby is committed to fostering a positive and encouraging environment where her dancers can learn, grow, express themselves freely.
Carley Racca, Business Manager
Carley brings over 12 years of competitive dancing experience to her role as Business Manager at Dance Centre. With an Associates Degree in Business Administration, she plays a pivotal role in managing operations and ensuring the success of our Dance Family. Her dedication and expertise help foster a thriving environment for our dancers and community.
Alexis Cordella, Teacher
Alexis is a remarkable dance instructor who honed her skills at Dance Centre and American Ballet Studio. With her immense talent and dedication, she serves as both a teacher and a mentor; inspiring her students every day. Dance Centre is truly fortunate to have her as part of the team, bringing passion and expertise to the art of dance.
Cheyenne Spillett, Teacher
Cheyenne brings her extensive training from Dance Centre to our dance family, sharing her expertise with compassion. As a dedicated teacher, she works tirelessly to support each dancer, fostering their growth and creativity. Lyndsey DeMasi, Teacher
Ms. Lyndsey, has danced since the age of 4 and is trained in ballet, tap, jazz and lyrical. She began assistant teaching at the age of 11 and has performed professionally. She is passionate about creating a supportive, confidence-building environment where all students can thrive.
