Our Director





Nicole Dennehy brings many years of dance and dance education into her new role as Director of Dance Centre of the Hamptons and Manorville.  Nicole began her dance training at the age of 4 in Queens, New York.  During these years, she won many awards and titles at local and national dance competitions throughout the Northeast. 


In 1995, Nicole continued her dance education at Marymount Manhattan College where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in modern dance.  Upon graduation, Nicole was part of a modern dance company that performed throughout Long Island.  Also during this time, Nicole worked for the Arts in Education program Circle of Dance that allowed her to perform and teach at local schools throughout the school year.  She has also appeared as an extra in the television shows, such as, “Law and Order” and “Ed.” 


In the past 20 years, Nicole has also taught dance at schools in Manhattan, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk.  In 2002, Nicole decided to continue her studies as an educator and received a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Long Island University. 


Nicole currently lives in Remsenburg with her husband and three daughters and has been working with Dance Centre of the Hamptons and Manorville since 2004.
